How to report
Email security@777pinger.com with a clear description, the affected page or service, steps to reproduce, potential impact, and your contact information. Please remove passwords, access tokens, personal data, and other secrets.
What happens next
During the beta, we aim to acknowledge credible reports within two business days. We will assess severity, contain active risk, investigate the cause, prepare a fix, and coordinate disclosure when appropriate. Complex reports may take longer to resolve.
Responsible testing
Test only accounts and systems you own or are authorized to assess. Do not access other people’s data, degrade availability, use automated high-volume scanning, send unsolicited messages, or attempt persistence. Stop testing and contact us if you encounter sensitive data.
Abuse reports
To report unauthorized monitoring or other abuse, email security@777pinger.com with the affected target, approximate time, and any evidence you can safely provide.
Urgent incidents
If you believe an active incident is causing immediate harm, begin the subject line with “URGENT”. Email is our published security channel during the beta.
